I have a lump on my vulva next to my groin. it got bigger and then disharged yellow pus and then it bled a little. i put polysporin on it to heal it, but it is still discharging little. what can i do to heal it?

Sounds like an abscess. It needs to be drained by your doc or a surgeon otherwise it will not heal. Pl do so

It is obviously a pustule or abscess of some sort and has spontaneously drained at least partially. Keep it clean and soak it (tub or sitz bath) and it may continue to drain a little for another few days. If drainage persists longer than that or if there is a persistent lump you should have a gynecologist look at it. Polysporin is not helpful and should not be used.
