I have a small lump on the inside of my labia majora. i've had it about 1.5 years. it's full of pus and hard tissue and moves around a little bit. if i push on it or squeeze it it feels like i'm being stabbed with a pin. i'm a 21 year old female?

Most common bartholin masses (based on your described location) are cysts or abscesses, the latter being painful and infected. This has to be incised and drained as like many abscesses to free up the pus and relieve the pressure. There can be other causes such as inclusion cysts or benign masses called adenomas
