Possibly: Your symptoms suggest some type of contact dermatitis or allergen sensitivity with latex just being one of the many allergens. Other common ones include soaps, fragrances, spermicidals, lubricants, fabric softeners, scented/colored tissue paper, etc. Making note of any changes or anything new that has been associated with genital contact should help identify the allergen. Rx: try topical steroid.
