Best rx =find a life coach & learn relaxation and stress management skills. Simplest= go to your doc for meds, tens of thousands do daily but struggle with it forever. A temporary combination of both may help smooth things out until you learn to cope better.

Start with your primary care physician, who will look into any physical causes for anxiety symptoms. Be prepared to describe any and all symptoms, any associations you note with them coming on, what factors perhaps alleviate the symptoms. Keep a log. Your primary will likely run some tests, then consider any need for referrals to specialists if needed. Best of luck
