It it safe to move my legs very fast (seated or standing) in a spin class at 30 weeks? i notice my belly is getting pretty shaken when i do so, ie shaking back and forth moved by the fast speed of my legs. should i slow my legs/pace?

Assuming you are not having any increased pain or discomfort the pace is fine. You and the baby can safely manage quite a bit of shaking and jostling if your conditioning is good.
