Paresthesia can occur even with minor surgeries. This usually resolves on its own, but you should call and discuss this with your treating surgeon.

In removing the mucocele, there might have been some neural damage. I would wait a little longer and see if numbness subsides. You might need a little more time before the healing process is complete.
