Why do you think the juice contains the HIV virus? If the juice is from a store and you are the first one to drink from the bottle, then there would be no risk of contracting HIV, even with a mouth sore. This is not how HIV is spread. You would need to have direct contact with bodily fluids of an HIV positive person who has a viral load. See your doctor for ways to protect yourself from HIV.
