Possibly: Mouth ulcerations and sores could result from a variety of dental or medical problems. If you feel you are HIV positive, see a physician for evaluation, if it is determined that you are not HIV positive, you then would see a dentist for an evaluation.

Maybe/maybe not: There are many different causes for mouth sores and HIV is only one of them. There are even less dramatic causes like stress that can cause the formation of lesions. Seek medical care to evaluate.
