A member asked:

Hi doctors. are any of you familiar with golo for weight loss because of insulin resistance? is it safe and/or effective?

Consumer be warned. Supplements like this are never monitored by the FDA unless complaints about side effects or death occurs. They are exempt by federal law. The "insulin resistance" promoted is a true issue in some people with type 2 diabetes, but not those who just carry extra weight. These products can provide any false narrative they want to sell their product & usually do.
