I am not familiar with GOLO, but the tried method of weight loss is diet and exercise. Read the disclaimer on their website: "GOLO is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and has not been evaluated by the FDA". So it's not intended to treat insulin resistance, neither has it been evaluated by the FDA. No magic pills or potions to lose weight and counter your issues.
