Almost any food eaten by someone that is sensitive to that food can cause gas. If you are trying to gain weight, increasing your calories by eating a variety of foods more frequently would likely be a better plan. There are calorie-dense foods that can be eaten. Perhaps seeing a nutritionist for guidance on calorie-dense food and eating more frequently might be helpful to you. Best of luck to you!

Eating more food to gain weight may not be wise. If you are skinny, but otherwise healthy, let it be. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
