I was told by one doctor i had hand warts but another dyshydrotic exzema (spelling bad). little clear blisters on hands been there for like a month now. sometimes itchy when hands are dry. havent grown?

See dermatologist: sounds like form of eczema, called dyshidrotic eczema. see dermatologist to confirm and receive Tx which prob will be topical steroid creams. There also might be some form of allergy to products used or even gloves.
