Sonic boom is a loud explosive noise caused by the shock wave from an aircraft traveling faster than the speed of sound. So fireworks wouldn't likely be in this category. Havana syndrome is rare, and the true cause is still unknown, but is assumed to be due to some type of a mechanical device that emits ultrasonic or microwave energy.
