Huge firework blasted next to me and now i fullness in my ears and a little bit of pain i also have this weird feeling like im numb emotionally after the incident. does this have anything to do with the blast ? can it damage the brain? will i be ok?

Extremely loud firework blasts can damage the eardrum, which could explain the bit of pain you are currently experiencing. It is not likely to damage the brain. You will be okay, but would recommend follow up with your doctor to look at your ears/eardrums.
