Hello i had brain malaria but after completing the medication of brain malaria i am still having headache, head spinning, heavy head, sometimes feeling of a numb head and ears.. why is it happening? please answer?

As you likely know, cerebral (brain) malaria is a very dangerous condition; glad you're recovering! Symptoms like these can follow any serious illness. But this is too complex for a meaningful response on a forum like this. Probably a neurologist and/or infectious diseases specialist was involved in diagnosis and treatment. Check with them (especially neurologist) about your continuing symptoms.
