Why is my adams apple producing a v shape on the top side? is it something i should be concerned about?

The thyroid cartilage that surrounds your Adam's apple contains two cartilage plates. These two plates join at the front of your throat, forming a V-shaped notch. It is normal for men's to protrude more than women, and it is normal for this area to enlarge with puberty.
