I have a hard, non visible bump on the left side of my windpipe below my adams apple. there's one on the right too but it is not as big.

Likely a lymph node: Bumps on the sides of the neck can be lymph nodes. If they are not tender, moveable, and not swollen or enlarging they are likely lymph nodes. If any of the above symptoms are present, they should be evaluated by a physician.
