Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) / heart: I would talk to the psychologist and consider changing to an extended-release like vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) once a day. Also consider decreasing dose if possible. Adderall is an amphetamine and stimulates which increases heart rate and can cause heart problems without having a leak. This is a classic risk versus benefit consider the benefit that you're getting and discuss it with your doctor.

Safe: Mild leakiness of the mitral valve is indeed common, and should not prevent the use of any other medications.
