Where in the tummy / abdomen? Lower or upper? May be gastritis , reflux or gallbladder , colon ( constipation) even from ovaries. Associated with nausea? mouth odor? Would f/u /w/ MD

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try taking a multivitamin pills with B12, available over the counter. If that does not resolve the matter in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
