Hard to know: ...what you mean by an "electric" feeling in your stomach. Is it a feeling like you're on a roller coaster? does it happen when you are upset, or are in a certain position, or doing any particular thing, or taking any substance like caffeine, tobacco, stimulants, or depressants like wine? Are you on any medication? If this keeps up, keep a careful food/activity/drink diary and be seen.
