It is not possible to tell based on your description, but it would be worthwhile to see your doctor for a history and physical exam. They may want to draw blood tests or examine a urine sample. Good luck.

You don't mention how long these pains have been going on. If there's associated right sided abdominal tenderness, appendicitis is a possibility. Intestinal adhesions, if you've had prior surgery, occult abdominal hernia,regional ileitis, ovarian pathology,radicular pain,&has been mentioned,renal problems like stones. See your MD who'll take a thorough history &perform an exam will advise you best
