There is no known illness that causes these symptoms, particularly cognitive decline, from exposure to electronics. Certainly it is possible that there could be some anxiety disorder related to electronics. If so, you should talk with your primary care doctor or perhaps get a referral for a psychiatrist to discuss this issue. Good luck.
