Interestingly there is an indoor temperature that is best for asthma patients. It between 20 and 21.6 degrees C or in F this is between 68 and 71 degrees. This was actually based on a small reaseach study that has been reported in a medical journal.

My temperature yesterday was just under 37.5. I do not usually present with high fevers. I never have. When I had malaria (years ago) my fever only went up to 39. I do suffer with chronic asthma and do have times where I nebulise and take cortisone.
