What temperature should i have my thermostat at for air conditioning during the summer for child with asthma?

Comfortable temperat: There is not a recommendation for a particular set temp. Some children with asthma get worse with too low temps, and the changes when moving from indoor to outdoor and back. Most important of AC is to keep the humidity low, and reduce mold. My recommendation is as low as comfortable and affordable for the household.

Comfortable: Whatever temperature everyone is comfortable at (65-75 usually). Asthma can be triggered by cold, dry air ... But also by dust and mold. Keep your system's filter clean and dust free.

Comfort: Air temperature in your home does not necessarily affect your childs asthma. So set the thermostat as you would like.
