: This might be an issue of seasonal changes, since you state that you only have issue 2-3 times a year. Do you cough up mucus routinely. Do you live in a dry climate. Do you use an air purifier, or humidifier. Those might help you. Do you stay hydrated. Lastly, what does Physician/Pulmonologist have to say about your concerns.
