Have you always had menstrual discomfort. You are 28YO. You might ask female friends, OB-GYN about your concern. Lastly, you might just have to “live with your unhappy friend”. Unfortunately, it is part of womanhood.

The best way to treat mentrual pain in using a combination of acetominphen and ibuprofen, two tablets of each with each meal starting on the day before you typically get mentrual pain until the day you usually do not get any pain. For each person the days are different but specific. As well, birth control pills can decrease or eliminate menstrual pain. It is not somenthing you have to live with.
