Prewash and soak: No guarentee, especially if dried in or has passed thru washer once. Try a prewash product and / or oxyclean. Some fabrics may be permanantly stained.

Stain: Try getting some hydrogen peroxide from target or Walmart. Mix it with 1/3 water and dab the stain with the mixture with a clean cloth or cotton ball.
