Ive been having severe neuropathy symptoms stemming from 5 years of a cocktail of sleeping meds. the problem is that my insomnia persists when i dont take them while ive been almost completely bedridden. what are my chances of recovery?

Not feasible to be precise diagnostically or provide accurate predictions based on a lack of basic information. Since you fail to reveal the names of your medications, we cannot assess cause and effect. You do appear to have a significant disability if "bedridden" at age 33. Strongly urge you to have a thorough evaluation by an experienced neurologist at a nearby medical school.
