It depends on what underlying conditions and symptoms you have . If you are otherwise healthy with no respiratory distress or fever , it could be bronchitis and antiallergic meds and oral antibiotics are recommended. If you have fever or respiratory distress , you need to be tested for Covid and pneumonia in which case treatment is disease specific
