As long as you are not having abdominal pain or bleeding, it is not urgent to have a bowel movement every day. You may consider increasing the amount of fiber in your diet and increasing your hydration to the point that your urine is very pale. You could even take a fiber supplement such as Metamucil. If The problem persists, talk to your primary care doctor or a G.I. doctor.
