Hello. there is a hard lump that appeared at the base of the skull (a little towards right) of a 25 yr old female. it's hard, a bit painful at the touch and does not move when you touch it. no change in skin color at the site. no other symptoms?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait. If the lump doubles in size, ulcerated, bleeds, other lumps develops or the person gets fever or loses weigh, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
