Sharp stabbing pain under my left shoulder blade and just above my left breast. i have had some nausea and indigestion and it hurts to take a deep breath sometimes. i'm so tired that i can't keep my eyes open and often sleep all day. opinions?

You did not tell us what you have been doing last few days: exercise, lifting or fall? Need more details.

I doubt all these symptoms are interrelated. I assume there has been no recent injury. The sharp chest pain with a deep breath, in the absence of cough,fever,shortness of breath, is most likely from the rib cage or a punched intercostal nerve or muscle that runs between 2 ribs. Constant fatigue, nausea,indigestion warrants a visit to your physician for evaluation,testing(blood work,xray) &advice.
