It can be normal for the stool to be malodorous and soft and float in the water at times. If you remain chronically tired, it may be a good idea to get a check up with your primary care doctor. Good luck.

Although this may be normal, I would recommend discussing with your physician and be examined by them. It would be a good idea to keep a food log for 1 week and bring that to the doctor which may help to figure this out. On that log, keep track of what foods you have eaten, when the stools occur and what they look like. They may also need to do some bloodwork.
