I have a firm not hard, rice shaped bump on my left testicle towards the back in the centre. i have the same bump in the exact same position on my right testicle but smaller, but that testicle has always been smaller. is this anythiny to worry abt?

What you describe sounds like a benign structure called the appendix testis, and like the other appendix it has no real function. Discuss the finding with your doc.

It is possibly a structure called 'appendix epididymis' and is normal. If your testicle seems significantly smaller it is best to be examined by a urologist
