I would suggest that you ask whomever is requesting the tests. I do not know the specifics of how Miralax affects these types of tests.

If blood is present in the store, use of MiraLAX will not interfere with the stool tests you mentioned. If you are seeing evidence of bleeding in your stool, see your doctor or your gastroenterologist. Good luck.
