It is not uncommon to have retained vaginal secretions- normal secretions coming out suddenly unexpected. As long as you are not symptomatic with foul smelling discharge, burning urination, pain lower abdomen, fever ,chills ,itching in the perineal region, no need to worry.

From your description alone, it is impossible to tell what it is you’re describing, but it is not abnormal for the amount of vaginal secretions to vary at times. If it seems to be an abnormal amount for you, this would be a good question for your gynecologist. Good luck.
