446 of your 3,344 beats have pvcs. each ecg on my watch is 30 seconds there were 95 ecgs. it says 13% pvc burden. what does this mean?

Although the technology for fitness watches is getting better, the frequency of PVC’s would need to be verified by an actual EKG or by a Holter monitor before it would be reliable enough to become the basis for any medical decision making. See your doctor or a cardiologist. Good luck.

I fully agree with Dr. S's advice. In my opinion, PVCs that exceed 10% of daily heart rate would be considered high grade ventricular irritability warranting evaluation by a cardiologist, preferably a cardiologist elelectrophysiologist for best advice, care and follow-up.
