I woke up with swollen anus a not sure if its hemorrhoid, i feel no pain when pooing or sitting and i started to feel burn on my foreskin while urinating and after, i did blood and urine test everything was clean?

A hemorrhoid or other cause of anal swelling is not likely to cause the penile or urination symptoms you describe. These probably are entirely separate problems, and an anal health problem cannot be diagnosed by examining urine. See a doctor.

The only way to know for sure is to get it examined. I would eat a lot of fiber in your diet for the next few days and if it does not resolve, then make an appointment to see your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
