Depends on Gender: If you are a man, almost impossible. If you are a woman, a tiny drop of blood from your anus could contaminate a urine sample taken to look for blood. To be sure that this doesn't happen, consider coving your anus with a small wad of toilet paper after carefully cleansing your bottom, vagina, and then the urethra (urine opening). Good luck!
