Most prescribed medications for insomnia can be used in patients with glaucoma. For OTC sleep aid, you can try melatonin but you should not take sleep aid with antihistamine effect such as unisom, benadryl, etc. The initial therapy for insomnia is practicing sleep hygiene/cognitive behavior therapy. Good luck!
