It's difficult to imagine what you're describing about your larynx. Apparently you have no other symptoms such as pain,tenderness, cough,hoarseness or wheeze. For peace of mind have an examination of your mouth,throat & neck by your physician or an ENT specialist.

I don’t think so. Are you in discomfort. Might just be an adjustment of your body. If there is an enlargement, seek medical attention.
