Was taking sleeper off 1 month old and pulled on the sleeves at the same time and they got stuck and pulled baby forward and her head kind of snapped back. would this have hurt her? could this give her shaken baby or something?

That type of action does not produce shaken baby syndrome. Their neck is loose at that age & you need to be careful, however, I wouldn't lose sleep over the event if it is as described.

Support the neck of your baby during changes and bath time. Cradle at a 45 degree angle while feeding. If you note any changes, please see your Pediatrician. From your description, this one incident should not result in shaken baby syndrome.
