You should see a rheumatologist for a full work up to see if there is any rheumatologic disorder that explains all these findings. The positive ANA along with the other findings could mean you have an autoimmune disorder and rheumatologist is the best one to diagnose this. Good luck!

I was diagnosed with atlectasis a few months ago after scarring on lungs from CT.I got pneumonia in November. Still have shortness of breath after 7 months. The IC, TLC and FVS percentage was lower in the second PFT. Could it be pulmonary fibrosis?
My BMI 29-30. pulmonary function test show: FVC 39%,FEV1 39%, their ratio 78%, RV 151%, TLC 90%, their ratio 49%, DLCO 81%, DLCO/VA ratio 91%, is this asthma, and how bad? mild, moderate, severe?
Will pulmonary fibrosis show on X-ray and pft?
If I had a double contrast CT scan of the chest and two chest x rays combine with an exercise stress test would this have showed cystic or pulmonary fibrosis? Would it have showed up on either scan?
I have hp, with fibrosis, uip, COPD with emphysema... Etc. I'm on cellcept (mycophenolate mofetil) and prednisone but dyspnea gets worse, CT is better but pft is worse. Should i focus on antigen determination or what?
