It seems you have a lymph node biopsy and pathologist describes the pathologic findings (morphologic changes) are consistent with the hyaline subtype of Castleman disease. So it means the enlarged lymph node is likely due to Castleman disease.

Castleman disease is a poorly understood condition involving lymph nodes, hyaline is the type of cell involved, askhematologist.com is a reliable site to get more information and aside from seeing a local hematologist.
