If you urinate a sizeable volume of urine & not just a tiny amount, it's not at all abnormal. I assume that you drink at least 1 &1/2 to 2 liters of fluids daily & you're simply excreting unneeded fluids from your body. Eliminating fluid intake a few hours before bedtime may allow you to go the whole night without a need to urinate.

As you age your prostate slowly enlarges and your urethra contracts, so your bladder does not empty completely. Frequent nightly urination could be from UTI, diabetes, and medications. Drinking too much alcohol and water before bed are also causes. As you get older you will be going more than once.

I don’t think it is bad. Is this a nightly occurrence. At your age, you might have the beginnings of some prostatic issue. Have a check up with PCP/Urologist.
