See his pediatrician: For a physical exam ; 1st-voided am urine specimen (after he's had no food or liquids overnight). Document frequency, situation ; location when diurnal enuresis (daytime wetting) occurs, what other symptoms are present, how you respond to his wetting, ; whether he's ever been dry for 6 months. His doctor may order a spine x-ray or refer to a urologist before recommending behavioral therapy.
