I'm drinking 2 pills of alergex tablets 2 times a day. but my hands are still very itchy doc. what can you suggest?

If you have contact dermatitis, 2 tablets of alergex won't relieve the itching right away. Cold water may help and apply skin moisturizer after the cold water immersion. You can use hydrocortisone 1% cream/ointment if available OTC. You need to determine what the allergen which causes contact dermatitis, e.g. a new kitchen soap, latex gloves, etc. and avoid it so it won't happen again.
