Having had anal sex, you should have been tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. Conceivably herpes could be responsible, but doesn't cause such symptoms without open sores, and herpes symptoms don't last more than a couple of weeks. Were you tested for non STD urinary tract infection? Anal sex is a risk for UTI. (I don't know what SFA is, or why you were tested for semen liquefaction.)
