I have a schedule extraction this week of 2 infected premolars and bottom wisdom tooth. the premolars have cyst at the roots that eventualy develop a fistula. how will they take the cyst/balls out? do i need another surgery for that?

Usually a "cyst" means it contains fluid, not a solid "ball". Certain kinds of infected cysts (e.g. in the skin) can lead to fistulas, but most do not. Probably your cysts will be drained and cured during the extractions. Discuss with your dentist. Good luck.

Most likely, when removing the teeth, the fistula will be treated. I don’t think that a second surgery will be necessary. Also, are you having the wisdom tooth out at the same time. The Oral Surgeon will arrest the cysts out. I think that you will be okay.
