What would cause the right side of the the throat, chest feel heavy and feel like lungs not opening on right side only. have severe asthma possible copd or ?

You need an evaluation by a lung doctor to find out the reason for this sensation. What are you doing when this happens? Do you feel short of breath when it occurs? Does an inhaler help? A doctor needs to examine you and do more testing so see a lung doctor. Best of luck to you!
